I have COPD ,Long story short I have been sitting for 6 months and my 02s got 84 24 hours a day , I couldn't breathe hardly at all it started messing with my heart ( not enough o2) so I bought this used 2x a day for 10 min each time I am not kidding within 48 hours I was 50% better. No mucus came up. So , even if you dont see mucus its working..COPD doesn't have a lot of mucus. My lungs 🫁 just got extremely weak they are muscles & have to be worked. You dont need all those fancy ones.

I am a former smoker/vaper and have been clean about a year now. After smoking for several years I switched to vaping so that I could taper down my nicotine usage and eventually quit all together. I was tempted to try it but the price was ridiculous and more marketing than value, and that's when I found the Giyosk Breathing Exercise Device. Let me tell you, this is EXACTLY what I needed! The first initial sensation of air back pressure going into the lungs was a strange feeling, but in any way discomforting. After the first session I immediately felt better but the promise of expelling mucus from the lungs wasn't immediate. The next morning however was a mass exodus of built up junk from vaping and this continued on for a few weeks. I had no idea I still had needed to clean out that much!! After consistently using this device several times a day, my lung function has vastly improved, cardio has been less draining, and I feel like I've reached a sense of normality with my breathing again. Smoking and vaping is a very hard addiction to kick, but if you've managed the strength to do it and need a means to get your lung function back in order, this device is worth it! It's extremely effective, well built, fairly priced, and almost identical in construction to other more marketed and costly versions. Even if you're not a former smoker you can benefit from exercising your lungs with this device. I could very much see how this would benefit athletes, swimmers, or divers as well. Wish I would have gotten one sooner!

I would have given this device five stars, but nearly sent it back because I had great difficulty removing the top of the device in order to insert one of the balls. The videos on line make it look very easy. Not so for me. My husband tried and failed to remove the top. Had to soak it in very hot water for a while and finally was able to remove the top.

Lastly, it would have been helpful if the product came with more detailed guidance or tips on how to maximize its effectiveness. It’s a good option for someone looking for a basic breathing exercise tool, but it may not be the best choice for those seeking a more robust and long-lasting solution

When exercising, it seemed that I was always short of breath. I had tried another breather support device, which may have helped a little, but not enough to continue it. Then I tried this one, also hopeful, but a skeptic at first. The first time I tried it, I began with the smallest steel ball, then the mid-size one. There was something happening, yet I was not impressed. Finally, testing the largest steel ball, the game totally changed. Exhaling now caused it to begin pulsing back at me. After adjusting the power of my breath and the angle of the device, I could feel the pulses all the way down into my lungs. This was a totally unexpected and incredible feeling. I tightened my cheeks, which further enhanced the pulses in my chest. In a couple of days, I was breathing more easily. After a week or so, exercising became a lot more enjoyable, as I no longer ran out of breath. Easier breathing also meant that I sleep better and deeper. For me, this lung exerciser has been a real blessing. If you are looking for something like this, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

Very cheaply made and I have found it not useful. I had one a few years ago and you could tell that you were getting some benefit from it.

Works fine and does the job at the best price! You just have to do regularly, for best results !
