I've had this chair since Feb of 24, it's now Jan of '25 so almost a year. This chair has been amazing since I got it, comfortable, supportive, etc... The left arm rest pad started flaking apart about a month ago and then the right one has JUST started to and I finally got around to contacting the seller to see about replacement arms because it has a 1 year warranty on 1/10/2025. They asked for pictures (understandable) and I sent them in to them immediately, and I was told there would be replacements shipped to me. I expected it to take weeks/months to get them... to my surprise the replacement arms were delivered yesterday (1/15/2025).To say I was shocked when the FedEx driver delivered them yesterday is an understatement. I've never had warranty/customer service resolve an issue that quickly EVER!Between the style, comfort (my back doesn't hurt when I sit in this chair because of the design), and the fact that in a matter of 6 days they resolved an issue without any fuss... I give 5 stars and would gladly purchase another chair from Vigosit when this chair finally reaches end of life. BRAVO!

Felt sturdy up until I put the arms on, not sure just how long it'll be before the left armrest breaks off, it wiggles a bunch and just looking at it you can tell it's kinda lopsided, worst case scenario I just take that one off. It really sucks given how much this chair costs but I guess I may be worried about something that may never happen who knows but if it ever does snap off I'll be back to update this review. Until then I give it a 4 out of 5, it is comfortable and would rate it 5 if the armrests were more sturdy.

I purchased the chair Aug of 2023 and here it is Dec 2024 and the material on the arms is peeling off, the right arm literally broke off of the chair and the wheels wont stay on. I work from home and yes I do use the chair a lot but I take very good care of the things that I have, I use it on a hard level surface and no one but me sits in the chair so it only gets used while I sit at my desk working at my computer. You would think that the chair would at LEAST last for longer than one year, so I am now searching for another chair. DO yourself a favor and just do not waste your money.

I bought this back in may and after reading some reviews I decided to grab it. After 3 months, I gotta say, I spent around $200 on my girlfriends chair, and the quality seems pretty different. Made me a bit bitter about buying this because the arms on the chair bend super easily, and the piece at the center doesn't hold the chair steady so I am constantly leaning to one side. The padding on it is pretty standard for what you'd expect, plus some nice additions to the seat with the heated back padding, but overall I find myself kind of sad I bought this. It's wobbly and uneven with some pretty flimsy arm rest. I have to re-screw the arms in once every 2 weeks. I enjoyed it in the beginning with the recliner and the foot rest , but I am getting to the point of wanting to replace this chair already, and I haven't owned it all that long. I even bought the XXL edition. The look of the chair is awesome, and the other pieces are nice. I just wish it wasn't so wobbly and the arms weren't so easily bent.

This is the best computer chair I have had. It’s big and comfy and I put it together by myself easily. The seat is big and it’s very sturdy. The massage part is really nice as well. Good price the quality is worth it.

I’ve had the same office chair for almost 10 years and it became so uncomfortable! Playing games or desk work after an hour killed my back. I was looking for a decent chair for a couple months and found this one and oh my god it’s so comfortable the lumbar and neck support is next level. I’m 6’2 225 lbs and I have more than enough room if I gained an extra 200 I’d still fit. The armrests are perfect once set to the right height I can rest my arms and comfortably use my mouse and keyboard. Waiting in queue for games doesn’t even bother me anymore because I can recline and kick my legs up. I highly recommend this chair. The only thing that I can complain about there was a metal “bubble” in one of the screw inserts and I couldn’t screw it in properly but I pried it out with a screwdriver and it screwed in perfectly.10/10

*Edit to add* I've now had this chair for over a year, with daily use. I always have to tighten it, or everything feels wiggly. The leg rest broke off after 4 or 5 months and it wasn't very sturdy. Won't be buying again and I'm in the market for a new chair. Also the actual seat part if uncomfortable for long usage.Chair is comfortable, after several hours I have to do some stretching and moving around or it's not as comfy.Only con is I feel like im always tightening the screws on the arms because they get wiggly easy.Overall I love this chair!!
