I had to just about yell into my mic for people to hear me. I could hear them better the first week or so, but after that, this headset was no better than my company-issued one. It was uncomfortable to wear, making my ears sore. The ear pieces made my ears black the first day. I had to actually soak them in hot soapy water and actively rinse them for about 15 minutes to get the black to stop running out of the foam. They sit in the corner on my desk unused. A total waste of money.

Clients could hardly hear me when I talked.

I liked the sound quality and comfort of the head phones. Unfortunately on of the ear pieces broke and I had to return the item.

UPDATE: as this items is supposed to work for either ear, the one I received must be defective and the seller is working with me to resolve this issue. I will update the rating to an appropriate score when the functioning unit is in my hands and I can test it.

I can not recommend this product.First time order, failed after a couple of days. Microphone no longer works.Customer services was a tad rude.Now second (replacement) headset, after 2-3 months, same failure.It seems these headsets have a design or manufacturing flaw.We see no sense getting new replacement.

Just got these! Installed with no issues on the Avaya 9608 desk phone. Comfortable and clear hearing. Person at other end could hear clearly as well!Good Product!

Headphones are great aside from the ear cushions irritating my skin other than great product
