Good quality and super easy to replace, 2 minute job.
Had a leaky inlet valve that was causing the cistern to overflow constantly since Christmas, had trouble identifying the brand of the inlet valve (found it on the float arm eventually) and this washer fit perfectly and fixed the issue within a couple of minutes. Easy job and no need to pay for a plumber or even replace the valve itself.

Cheaper option
Done it's job.Was going to buy the whole unit but thought I'd try the cheaper option and install the washer alone as it wasn't pricey and not a lot to lose if it failed.Working a treat and in future, this will be my first option.

Bought this for my Jollyfill inlet system (B&Q). It was a perfect fit and toilet flush valve opens and closes perfectly.A bit more expensive than I could get it elsewhere, but the Amazon Prime next day delivery service never lets me down!

Perfect replacement
Swapped out for the old valve which was leaking, leading to overlflow after flushing. Few minutes to install and cistern functions like new again. Saves having to replace the whole lot.

Doesn’t work
Bought this to replace the inlet on my loo. Didn’t work. Just constant water flow once installed. Cleaned the old one up and put back and works perfect. A little worn but not damaged. DO NOT BUY. ZERO STARS
