Good product
High quality thick plastic and easy to put together. Fits my AC. Looks nice. Doesn’t make a perfect seal against the sliding glass door. Would be nice to include some more/thicker foam. Fits unevenly from top to bottom. Seems pricey for just a few pieces of plastic. I paid more to order from Amazon in case I needed to return item but I plan to keep it. Description went exactly clear in which models it fit. Mine wasn’t listed but it is a perfect fit.

Works as a basic insert
Works ok in a standard patio sliding door. It is a bit flimsy and I wish there was more insulation to it. Another improvement would be increasing the amount of very inexpensive weather stripping to fit the whole length of the insert. It came with 32", you really need at least 64". We installed this at a remote location so we had to make a separate trip into town to buy more weather stripping to make it a bit more airtight.

Not worth the price.
So I was excited but throughly disappointed. I really need this bc of where I live bc I don’t have a window in my apartment I really y’all sliding doors ugh!Yes I read the reviews but I took a chance. So for me it was too short. Also I ordered it specifically since it was Honeywell for the portable ac. Well it is not the same width as what comes with the Unit or same vent hole size. So I can’t use it as an extension. It’s over priced and flimsy. Do not buy.

Does what it should
I didn't have space for my Honeywell portable air con by the window, so I opted for a sliding door exhaust. Covered with some drapes and it looks natural - less of an eyesore than the window mounted exhause. I found this to be a great product that fit my sliding glass door easily. Some tips:-I used the insulation tape that came with the product, but also to minimize any slight wobbling, I used double sided tape on the inside of the door frame and bracket.- Since I could no longer use my lock on the door, I found a piece of wood (from a closet railing) that fit the glass door track almost perfectly. This is probably more secure than the sliding glass door locks that can be jimmied. You can also take the measurements and get a wood piece cut at Home Depot - or for a few bucks you can buy the locks that sit on the track with a screw on mechanism.Overall solid product that took about 15 minutes to install and 25 minutes to perfect.

Too expensive
I bought one of these to go with the Honeywell portable A/C unit it is specifically designed for. When I installed it, I found that the outlet does not fit the hose for the A/C unit. It is to small to thread on the hose. I used white Gorilla tape to secure it.It is very flimsy. I have it installed on an upstairs patio door that we don’t use very often, so once I have it in place it does work for what it’s supposed to do. Putting this in a frequently used door would be a constant frustration though. It would require reseating it in the door frame every time you use the door. If it was $40 or so, I would say it’s worth it. For the quality that it is, it is way overpriced.

Perfect for Summer Apartment Living.
This kit is great! It took a week or so to be shipped to us, it was worth the wait.Assembly was simple enough, the hardest part was the waiting for our Apartment to cool down. It fits really well in our screen door, and I really like that the kit comes with foam tape to help weather-seal the panel. (Can't have any of that hot outside air creeping in!)We use it with this: Honeywell MN10CESWW 10,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner with Remote Control - White and everything just... works.

A good fit for the sliding glass door
We got this for out Honeywell A/C and it has worked fine. It does feel a little over priced for what it is, but hey that's how they make the extra buck. It was easy to install once we looked at it and we had the whole thing set up in 5 minutes. I see other reviews say it is flimsy and breaks a lot, but ours is fine. Just don't be opening or slamming the door a lot hard. Otherwise it feels pretty firm and good quality to me. We couldn't find the connector piece however to mount the A/C hose to the hole in the vent panel so we just taped it. Otherwise it was fine and has held up well for the past 3 months.

Waste of Money
Bought this to use with a Honeywell portable A/C unit. First thing I found out, the hose on my honeywell A/C is a different size than the outlet that came with this item. Thank god for zip ties. Put it together which is simple enough. But even after removing the patio door latch, and after a trip to the hardware store for additional window sealant strips. There was still visible gaps. For the cost of this item, when all you get are 3 strips of plastic, one outlet spout. You'd think they would have this set up, that it would fit, and fit tightly. Don't waste your money go to the hardware store, and for much less money you can build something that works far better.
