Has anyone tried this as co-wash for wavy/curly hair? How did it go? Thanks!

This leaves my hair very clean. I have slightly wavy/curly hair. I do notice that this leaves my hair a bit frizzy and so soft short pieces of hair tend to fall out of pony tails or when pulled back from face. I prefer the Grandpa's buttermilk line of shampoo and conditioner. It's smoothing without making my hair oily. It doesn't give the frizz the witch hazel does.
