Melissa & Doug Child's Sofa - Coffee Faux Leather

The couch sits super low on the flow. Great if you have a 2 year old or smaller. My four year old daughter who is in 5T is pretty tall for it. She can still sit in it but I think this is more for the smaller child. We got the armchair with it too and that one obviously has the same specs. I wanted something like our daycare person had that looked almost exactly like an adult sized sofa just a little smaller. It is very hard to find something that fits a small toddler and 4 years+. And, because it is so low to the ground and small they end up climbing all over it and knocking it over. I doubt that would happen with slighter larger or taller furniture. They seem like decent quality. I would only recommend for a smaller toddler and younger and only if you don't expect it to grow with the kid into say age 6+. I am guessing we will only maybe get one or two years out of it which is unfortunate it because I was hoping these would last a little bit longer. Make sure to check dimensions and measure it out for your house. We currently have this in our front room in our loft as their sitting area if they want to be on their own furniture vs. our couch but sooner rather than later it will probably end up in one of their bedrooms.

This item is absolutely gorgeous. It’s a wonderful addition. It is small, and quite low on the ground, I would suggest it for younger children. My son is almost 2, so it’s perfect for him. While it was packaged nicely, there was a small, (but noticeable) kink in the leather. I did submit for an exchange, but am beyond happy with this item. Can’t wait to receive my permanent couch.

I have a 5 year old and an almost 2 year old grandson and this has been the best gift ever. I got this for them for Christmas and now they sit together all the time and watch tv, eat, play, etc. It is just fabulous. My oldest grand son loves the idea of his "own furntiture" thinks he is really cool!! Would highly recommend it !!!

I teach first grade and bought two of these (open box specials) for my small classroom. They are compact, sturdy and will hold two first graders. My kids LOVE these little couches for reading. Wipes clean easily. LOVE!

I have a 5yo boy and a 2yo boy who needed something larger than they had. This couch fits the bill perfectly! Easy to wipe off and keep clean. The color is exactly as shown and it feels like it will last awhile even with toddler abuse. I am very impressed with the way this couch is made. It feels very sturdy.

Worth the money. So well made. Great quality material and very sturdy. My twin boys are not gentle with it and it’s holding up just fine. They both love it and fits both of them sitting on it perfect. Definitely will by more furniture from them.

Our LO absolutely LOVES his sofa. He first used it as a climbing step to the couch. Now he uses it to sit and lay on (10.5 mos old). Super easy to clean (important to Mom) and sturdy. Very well made and fun for play dates! No assembling necessary

Very sturdy and safe for a toddler who climbs onto it from the side or from behind and also for a babies who use it to pull themselves to a standing position. It's a little lower to the ground then I would prefer; 3-4" higher would make it easier to retrieve items that roll under it and to use it up against a coffee table but the low height is what makes it so easily accessible for babies. Roomy enough for two kids and will also accommodate one adult and one toddler. A great spot for little ones to sit and read.

I wanted a couch for my one year old and was willing to spend a bit more for one that would last. I was a little worried this on would be too small. Turns out it is a great size. She loves it! It cleans off easy and it looks good too. Its really light weight which is good because its easy to move around but it is sturdy. This is the biggest thing I have ever ordered from Amazon so I was a little worried but it worked out. We love it. Great buy. really happy :)
