Good quality arrived not time, I buy this regularly but ordered on line as its not too safe to go out, recommend for anyone needs calcium supplement for bones.

A better proof against Osteoporosis
Since developing Crohn's disease 6 years ago I've had to take huge doses of Corticosteroids. This is a one way street to Osteoporosis and, after 4 years, bone scans showed the beginnings of Ostopenia. Since taking Osteoplex this seems to have been kept on hold. My practitioner says that the difference between this and the NHS products is that Osteoplex is chelated and can therefore be properly absorbed by the body. Not going to 'recommend' it because this is a serious subject and each of us needs to decide for ourselves but, theat's my experience
