It tastes better going down than it does coming out.

I'll be honest, I didn't think much of the ingredients when I got it, but when I went to try it, it had a strong off-sweet flavor, which is when I realized how much sucralose (artificial sweetener) they used.The description of the item said it was unflavored, so I was definitely not expecting so much sweetener (I was expecting it to be maybe just slightly sweet to help mask any natural flavors).It mixes okay, though you'll probably see some clumps.

I am used to drinking straight psyllium husk, so I wanted to try this for a change of pace. I wish I had looked more closely at the ingredients under the nutrition facts label to see the maltodextrin and the sucralose. I wasn't expecting sweetness with something sold as "unflavored", so that was a bit of a disappointment. However, it works well as a fiber supplement.

We usually have benefiber in our coffee every morning…no taste at all, we don’t even notice it’s in there.This stuff most definitely has a flavor. It’s kinda sweet and not good in coffee at all.I wish I liked this stuff. 😢
