Keeps it cold
Love that it keeps my water cold. After an hour or so of putting the water in it. It was still cold. Haven't used it for hot liquid yet but I figured it still works as it says on the package.

UPDATED REVIEW
My sister gifted me a 17 oz one of these & I instantly fell in love!!! Had to have another one! So I placed an order and got the larger cup. Unfortunately, it does not keep tea hot at all. My smaller original one, tea stays piping hot until I open it in afternoon (after coffee)... once I open it, it still stays very warm for several hours. I have no idea what the difference is besides the size. Guess I just got lucky with the smaller one. So I am going to return the big one and hope the smaller one is like my first cup. I had also bought the same cup from another maker and had the same issue with lack of keeping tea warm. So I am hoping 3rd times a charm.I upgraded my review because they really went out of their way to contact me and made sure I was happy. They took excellent care of me and I made another purchase. My new purchase (of the 17 oz cup) is perfect! Thank you so much! I really appreciate the excellent customer service!

I love everything about this excepts it leak
Product description states no leaksI filled strainer with loose tea added boiling hot water to fill screwed on the top to give it an shake to in fuse the water threw the strainer and it leaked hot water everywhere.I does hold the water hot for hours and is made very well just leaks. I ordered a replacement so I will update the review one I get the replacement.Updated *****The company reached out and offered a refund I accepted. So the product was unsatisfactory the company customer service was excellent
