No it doesn't it is quite a soft bra, so probably will not be firm enough to hold a prosthesis

Q: Do these come up the correct size? My nan is after a 42 b but this fits up to dd! So didn't know if to opt for a 40?

Hi These bra have a stretch cup so fit the correct size. A 40 would probably be too tight round the body
