Smells like the sea. Wonderful soothing and fragrant body wash with plenty of lather that rinses clean and has an uplifting scent. Get several for gifts for the holidays or birthdays.

The quality is no longer there
The quality is nowhere close to what it used to be. Worked in one of the stores in the mid 90s and it was thick and one drop would be all you need for a shower. The same great scent is still there, but this is now essentially dollar store bath gel that takes an entire handfull to get sufficient lather. Just not worth the price anymore.

The very best body wash
My most favorite Crabtree & Evelyn product! I love how clean and refreshing it smells. Leaves skin soft and moisturized. I always get compliments with this one! The bottle was packaged in a box and did not leak. I am very pleased with my purchase!

Crabtree & Evelyn La Source shower gel
I ended up returning this without using it. The formula still listed Methylchloroisothiazolinone (MCI) and Methylisothiazolinone (MI), which are older preservatives I avoid in my routine. The scent leans classic spa-clean, but the preservative system felt outdated compared to modern formulations I usually use. Product arrived in good condition, but I chose not to open or use it. Just not the right fit for me. The scent was actually really nice โ clean, fresh, and oceanic.
