BOABOAALI Aluminium Strap Wrench

I was looking for a tool that would help me remove the glass oven bulb cover, which unfortunately was impossible to remove because it was solid. I tried to remove it in another way, but only this tool helped to remove the cover. I chose this larger and stronger model so that if I need it in the future for some larger jobs, and the tool seems to be of long-lasting quality. For my job of removing the bulb cover in the oven was a bit awkward because this version-model is quite large for work in the oven and there is little room to work around the oven bulb cover, but very quickly, in a few minutes, it was successful.

I bought this for a specific problem. The lightbulb in my main oven blows every few months, for some unknown reason, and should be a one minute job to replace. However the glass cover around the light fitting is impossible to unscrew by hand, even wearing rubber gloves, because it is so close to the oven walls and I can’t get a proper grip on it.At first I thought this tool wouldn’t work because I couldn’t get enough leverage space to surround the glass cover with the strap and apply the lever. But then I removed the rubber strap from the tool and used it without the metal lever. The strap slid perfectly up into the narrow space behind the glass cover and gripped it tightly. It was then effortless to unscrew the glass!For a job with more working space around it I’ve no doubt that the metal lever combined with the tough rubber strap would turn anything!! Very pleased with my purchase.

Very useful tool for removing anything tight that screws and must not be damaged.Have found many uses for it since I got it. Previously I would have been trying clothes with aggressive adjustable wrenches. I now have more successes with the Boa Strap Wrench. Also well made.

Was having a bit of a mare as the pressurized filter housing on my hot tub became stuck and no amount of muscle power was going to shift it but this made it a breeze to open !

Looked good, but didn't do the job. Possibly to much for it. If the strap part was wider it would have more grip.

I used to undo water cartridges. Old units and no spanner with next to no space between housing and the wall. Sliding the rubber strap around the 'nut' element of the housing (1-2cm space available) and back into handle gave a very secure grip. The leverage made it very easy to loosen the housing with no damage to the ageing plastic.Used it on plastic pipe joints too, again, no damage to the soft plastics and very little effort required.Great versatile tool, no risk of breaking or wearing out. Happy!

Used once to hold a plastic impellor. Stored in a dark garage. Just noticed the degradation (11 months old) and reported it to the seller. Seller ignored my mail. Unless your happy to buy a single use item you should avoid. There are a lot of cheaper offerings.

A bit smelly rubber but very well made and strong. Will last a long time.

I am a commercial pool pump and control technician in Central Florida. These jobs have larger pipes and couplings. I needed something durable to manipulate these large fittings. I chose this wrench because of the long rubber strap, the strap keeper and the metal handle. The wrench works great.

je l'ai pris pour serrer les raccords pvc de mon local technique de la piscine. On peut la passer facilement entre le mur et le raccord et avoir un serrage puissant sans abimer le pvc. C'est plus propre qu'avec une clé à griffe et on peut avoir des dimensions importantes. Super aussi pour desserer les portes filtres et le filtre à sable. Le top

I had a screw on lid for my pool pump that I absolutely could not unscrew. tried everything, finally ordering this due to the large size capacity of the strap. Viola! The cap was able to be unscrewed after me spending several days, trying with other tools to unscrew it. Great product that does what it advertises.

I wasn't sure about buying this simple gadget, but it turns out it's a savior. It works!
