Vallejo "Corner Module" Paint Stand,Silver

This is quite a compact corner unit to store your Vallejo 17mm paint bottles. It will hold 28 @17mm bottles with 13@22ml jars i.e. Tamiya, Lifecolor, Hobby Color etc with one 200ml bottle of Airbrush cleaner or Vallejo surface primer. There are holes around the back of the shelves to take paint brushes, but my only criticism here is that the brushes will go right through to the desk or whatever you stand the unit on. A small strip of wood at the bottom would have gone a long way to sort that! The build can be a little fiddly, but if you take your time you will find that it goes together quite easily. I did not use any wood glue for the build and have found that the unit is very sturdy without it. But this of course would be a preference for the person who is putting it together.Other than that I would be happy to recommend it 5 stars as it is a handy little unit to sit out of the way on your work top.

This is a little hard to put together because it is of necessity a tight fit on all joints. I have had others of these Vallejo paint storage stands and the ones I gave stayed together through a house move with the bottles of paint etc. still in situe. This proc s that when together they are very sturdy. I have I'll be buying more as I need them.

Set up was annoying; when I attached it to a straight unit, it pulled apart. Patience and wood glue required but once up sturdy and does the job.

Just like the straight piece paint stand, this is of a high standard in build and manufacturing. The pegs on each piece slot tightly into their homes and you don''t technically need to use any glue as it all fits together tightly. I would recommend that you at least glue the primary connectors unless you intend dismantling between uses. This is very well made, and fits the Vallejo paints very well. Be aware though that the holes in the back of this item for brushes and small tools, does not have a base. So unless the shaft on your brushes is thick enough to wedge in the hole, they will fall through if you lift this to move it. A simple fix is to add a small plate underneath to support the brushes. Not really much of an issue, as I should imagine that for most people this piece would form part of a fixed painting workstation.This doesn't hold as many paint pots as the straight piece from this company, but it does have the advantage of allowing you to have a corner located paint stand, which can be extended further with the straight paint stands.

Having a desk space to paint on, I just wanted something to help organize the area, as while I have my wet pallet and minis and what have you at easy access, I tend to want to batch paint and hunting down the paints I used or would like to use again is a pain. While the 16 slots for Contrast/Citadel/Pigment/Oil sized paints and your 28 sized slots for your Vallejo/Army Painter/AK paints while having "many" slots for my brushes all in a compact corner piece made this ideal. Its affordable, sturdy, and even looks professional too.

I purchased the corner section because I was happy with the centre one but the corner one was horrible to put together and once together the clips that join the sections together broke in half!The slot's on both sections are way to small to fit the clips through so they just snap, the slot's want sanding with a file slightly but didn't know that so now I'm going either leave them how they are or glue them together..Ho both sections wobble after being together for a couple of day's because the wood dries out, I had to put blue tack under all the feet other than that there great but not worth £17!!

Most important thing when assembling is to dry fit to ensure you understand how it all fits. Once worked out disassemble the sides only and apply wood glue PVA to the tabs. Don’t force , but apply form pressure to ensure it slots in nicely. Use damp kitchen role to clean the surplus off. It’s very sturdy and cleanly cut out. Some people say it made out of cardboard , it’s not it’s like a form of MDF with a laminated finish. Think the secret it to dry fit and take your time assembling.

Bit of challenge to put together, but once complete it was very sturdy and a excellent holder for all the paint clutter I have for airbrushing. Had to work out what the extra bits where, turns out to be connectors if you want to connect this unit to another unit. Would recommend

I was a little nervous after reading all the reviews saying it was difficult to assemble, so I opened it up as soon as it arrived to see what was what.Well, OK, first I tried fitting the paint-holding shelves on the center spine, which worked until I put it on its side to connect the end pieces. Didn't work, everything came apart. So I decided to fit the shelves on one of the end pieces, then finessed the center spine onto the center shelf piece.Once it was in, everything else fit together with very little effort.I don't have enough paint bottles to need the attachments, so I can't say how well they fit to the corner piece, but I'm very happy with the corner piece. Pretty solid item for the price.

Facile à monter ,présente bien..sauf il manque des infos sur le diamètre des emplacements pour les flacons de peinture. Et ni mes flacons ni mes pinceaux rentrent ils sont trop grands .Je vais m'arranger. C'est prévu pour des flacons de 30 ml. Un conseil ,collez l'ensemble !!!

Die Montage war etwas fummelig, aber das Endprodukt ist super stabil, sieht super aus, ist haltbar und es schafft Ordnung in den Farben zum bemalen von Bauwerken und Miniatur Figuren (Gekauft oder gedruckt). Erweiterbar mit dem gerade Stück und am ende noch mal einen Bogen Element. braucht nicht viel Platz aber hält sehr viele Farben... würde ich sofort wieder kaufen!
