Much better than French press and Nespresso capsules
Produces fantastic coffee. Hot. Delicious. Quick. Our first filter machine at home. I have used French press and Nespresso capsules. This filter machine is by far better both in terms of aroma and flavour.Easy to use and clean. Nice quality build. Looks good in our kitchen with brushed steel and black elements.Have used it for a week now, still experimenting with strength settings (3 levels) and grinding. No issues at all so far. Have not used the timer yet.Cup sizes on the carafe and machine are too small. 2 cups indicated on the machine equal about 1 mid-size cup. We put “4 cups” for 2 cups at a time. I have tried “8 cups”. Haven’t tried more yet. “12 cups” is max.Hot plate works well. We drink the coffee fairly quickly, so the carafe doesn’t stay on the plate for too long.

Good value bean to cup machine
Produces good filter coffee straight from coffee beans. Good build quality and looks great, easy to operate and keeps the coffee warm for up to 30mins. Only issue is that if you fill the water level a little past the Max mark the water leaks out of an overflow hole - flooding the worktop in the process, not a good design

Nice idea, useless company.
The machine worked fine initially, but soon started to leak then just stoped working altogether. I have sent it back but had no further contact from the company who I assume simply don’t care about trying to resolve the issue and are content with keeping my money. Avoid this company at all costs.

Fine for 3 weeks
Edit after 3 weeks it's broken, coffee stinks some plastic, coffee machine as well. Like some cables are melting inside. Don't buy it It's not worth the money. I'm very disappointededit there was no problem with sending on warranty, they quickly changed for new one, we will see how long this one will work

It does what it says on the tin
So there is no doubt. This makes coffee. But it doesn't get 5 stars because honestly - it is not perfect. The instructions take a bit of reinterpretation to work out that actually the amount of water passed is (or appears to be) proportional to the number you dialed in for cups. Weird but true. They tell you some water is absorbed, so add a bit more. But when you do that you can sometimes end up with water left in the tank. I'm used to a coffee maker putting all the water in the tank through. This one can cut out before it's finished. Initially I had to get it to restart 3 times for a full tank of water - how does that work then?I rang help desk and they asked if I'd descaled it. ITS NEW - shouldn't need de-scaling. But I did that. now it behaves a bit better. So we're quite nervous that it'll last as long as it's predecessor as it seems a bit random.I like the timer. I like the grinder, I like that it makes good coffee. I don't like that I must guess how much extra to put in, and adding 7 cups of water and setting to 6 seems to produce 2 mugs of coffee. Go figure. And don't try to overfill (per the instructions) For a full jug - because the water just pours out of the back through an undocumented overflow hole. So it DOESNT DELIVER a full jug (cos you can't add the extra water the instructions tell you to add!)The coffee bean hopper doesn't hold a whole packet of beans - that's just rubbish really!Does it work - yesDo you have to reverse engineer and get into the mindset of the manufacturer - perhapsWould I recommend it ? MaybeI like this product and will stick with it, it works as advertised - mostly. We bought it for (a) Can work with pre-ground and good capacity controls and timer, (b) dimensions so it would fit under the worktop overhang (we failed - it's too tall). There may be other products out there for a lot more money that require much bigger worktop space - so this is truly VFM since it met our needs. Just about.YMMV

Best kitchen gadget I have brought!
Excellent machine. So easy to use, beans in the top, switch it on, 5 minutes later fresh hot coffee. The smell as it’s brewing is divine. It is a little noisy, but what do you expect, it’s grinding the beans! So easy to clean. My only negative comment, not sure what cup size it’s using, I set it to make a 6 cup pot in a morning which makes my “Costa” cup size takeaway cup, so go for 2 cups if you want a mug.

Good quality
Although we’ve only had this machine for a couple of weeks it’s used daily. It’s easy to use and set up and makes a good cup of coffee from beans or powder. The grinder is also easy to operate. The machine is very quiet and appears well made. Good quality machine for the price.

Great to start with....
I am reviewing this after a year to start with the machine worked great but year on the clock has a mind of its own and changes so you can’t set the timer and now the grinding part has stopped.
