Letters peeled off within weeks
On the plus side it arrived in time. It’s quite thick with a fluffy liningGiven as a gift, the recipient wore it twice - hadn’t even washed it when the printed letters began to peel off.Contacted seller, got a 30% refund and kept item. I could have returned it for full refund but having read of others whose returned items got lost & thus they didn’t get any refund I decided to accept keeping it & getting 30% refunded. Wouldn’t recommend or buy again

Cheap looking
I was very disappointed with the quality. The inner is warm and lovely but outer fabric looks cheap and the whole garment looks handmade in a bad way. I won't wear it out, but use it now only under a jacket.

Poor quality
The quality of the garment was poor- the stitching at the neckline was wonky.It is pictured to be tunic length. I wanted it to cover my tummy and backside so I could wear it with jeggings. It hits right at my hips- which is like a neon sign saying "LOOK HERE!" Very unflattering. I ordered pink- it's actually peach. And it took over a month to get here. I ordered a number of items all on the same day, and everything else got here well before Christmas. I wouldn't order from there again, and would advise anyone else to stay well away from them.
