Excellent product - covers really well and colour was spot on

So after a horrendous job of removing painted over and perished silicon sealant around the UPVC window frames (not my doing!), I was left with a few nicks in the mahogany trim. These show as the actual material colour of white so stand out like a sore thumb against the contrasting red/brown. I found the colour match of the pen was good on one window and came out a little dark on another though I suspect it was down to the different lighting conditions.I found that after pressing the release button, the nib is very well saturated so depending on what your doing, you may find it to be surplus to your needs like it was for myself as I was just spot fixing small areas.The way around this is to use up the excess solution on a scrap piece of card (don't use anything that can soak through the underside) so that your left with something a bit 'dryer' to work with and control more easily. You can also use a lint free cloth to blot out any pooling which also helps to fade out the colour if your finding it a bit dark when applied. It feels like a quality product which is probably why it's seemingly quite expensive, but when you factor in that it's saved my windows then it's peanuts when compared with actually replacing the trim. Job done!

I bought this pen because I’ve just moved home and the previous owners had scratched the front and back doors while moving. They both looked awful with a white underneath plain to see. I thought the price was a little steep until I saw the result. The scratches to the mahogany upvc are now invisible. The colour was a perfect match. This has saved me from replacing both doors. If you have scratches on a mahogany upvc door, this is your answer!

Purchased this pen for a spot of repair. Excellent colour match and easy to use but after 5 minutes the felt tip end became very unrecognisable and fell out !Pretty disappointed but I had to make do and adapt. 6/10

Good colour match, handy for those odd dings and nicks. Same it’s not larger.Used fully today, and upgraded to 5 stars. It perfectly matched the rosewood frames, and hid my mistake of getting foam filler on the frame, now its not noticeable. As i said before, shame its not more but it does the job well. Also a spare tip is included in the pack, which is a nice touch. Just bought another one, for our new house but this didn’t have a spare tip, so removed 1 star. Still good though.
