Is this water soluble ? And is it a strong hold to stop hair flying away

I'm afraid I have no Idea if it is water soluble.....it washes out ok and works well on my curly but fly away hair if I scrunch it really well.

No, you have to have some curls to start with. It claims to boost your natural curls and I can honestly say that it does that and more. The curls last longer....I have curly hair and so do two of my friends. We all have different curls. We all love this product. I would imagine if you curled your hair while using this product you would have a better result. I hope this helps! Patricia
