Quality of plastic not so great. Jar handles feels weak. The plastic quality also felt weak and it will break on one drop

Not a very good productI bought this last week for 4400/- rs. As it was sold for a discount on its original price i bought it.I bought this mainly to use the food processor [mainly for atta dough kneading. It has a compicated way to fit all of the parts. The centre rotor rod wobbles even when the food processor is not running.You can knead only a small amount of atta [1 cup] 1 cup at a time. If you add 2 cups the food processor shakes a lot when kneading. You cannot leave it unattended as it might fall down.It struggles as the flour turns into a dough. Even if you add 1 cup it wobbles but struggles as the flour turns into dough. The food processor shakes a lot as the dough turns into a ball. The blades [plastic] make a lot of noise at this point and you feel they will break. A work around is to switch it off before it turns into a ball and take the small chunks of dough and merge it into a big ball. Another major problem is if you run food processor continously for more than one minute the motor heats up and the heat gets transfered to the dough which is getting kneaded.The food processor parts all feel like cheap plastic parts. expcecting them to break very soon./ Major Major let down.The juice grinder when used without the strainer attachment will spray any liquid in it the instant your switch on the grinder. The lid has tiny gaps in it. No rubber washer supplied. The lid has two tiny pieces on its end which is used to 'lock it' onto the lid. Its a pain fitting it.Avoid this product if you can.

Value for money

when the mixer had arrived, it's chatney jar's lid was broken so we had replaced it. Very prompt service even for replacement. The other mixer we have received is very good, makes little noise but that is because it's motor is 750W after all. On same day I made chatney and in one go it was very smooth. Only thing is I need lot of force and energy to make that jar fit properly in mixer and to remove it but then it may be coz it's new. After regular use I hope it will be fine.

3 jars, 2 storage containers, very sturdy build, locks are also quite sturdy.amazing purchaseamazing product by orient.

very noisy despite being properly locked. my 5 year old butterfly was quieter. and service issues. best to buy something else, several options available.
