Although the box arrived squashed and out of shape, this didn't effect the product.I take 1 of these each day and after a few months I now feel they are helping me, they are a good source of Vits to look after your body, easy to swallow with no after taste.With some many viruses going around, it's good to know that by taking these you are looking after your health, this doesn't mean to stop eating fresh fruit which is well recommended, but if you have a busy life then at least you are making the effort of protecting your body..

Having suffered from a recurrent bout of painful mouth ulcers a few years ago, I did some research and read that there is sometimes a link between mouth ulcers and vitamin and/or mineral deficiency. I consider my diet and general health/fitness to be good - but of course, modern food processes and farming methods do, I believe, deplete most of our fruit and vegetables from minerals, etc, important to human health. I therefore purchased this multi-vitamin and mineral supplement and took it daily for about a year - and lo and behold, had no recurrence of mouth ulcers. Since then, I've taken it on a more intermittent basis, with still no recurrence of those horrible ulcers. Also during the time I was taking it daily, I didn't catch any colds and other viruses, despite my friends and work colleagues regularly sneezing and coughing their germs about the place! I have now resumed taking this supplement daily, as I'm now in an open-plan office where the colds and coughs are rife and I've succumbed to several viruses in the last twelve months. I'm therefore hoping that this product will work its magic for me again. So pleased was I with the original results, I recommended it to my friends a while back and they too report similar positive findings, including a work colleague who had painful ulcers like me. I'm also really pleased to have found that Amazon are selling this product and its sister item, the extra strength version (which I've tried and is also very good) at a considerably lower price than the high street chemists and health food outlets.

Easy to swallow. Didn’t notice any difference but that’s quite normal for these things.

There is one thing I have come to learn in life, which is if a I enter a room with someone who has a cold, I am going to get it. Its so annoying as any plans can so easily go out the window by another cold. I have even on many occasions had a cold recovered to get another cold off someone else a couple of weeks later. Since I have developed a Hiatus Hernia, a cold is just a nightmare for me, causes endless vomiting and lots of pain. Someone at work suggested Echinacea, which I tried and was ok but expensive so only gave it a sample. Then I started to have a search round the web for other solutions and come across Immunace. Being a big bloke I thought I would dive in with the Extra version and based off the review already made on these, I purchased 6 months worth. I am now entering month 5. I have not had a full blown cold since I started them! which for me is just amazing. I have had to different periods where I had an un-easy throat and bit of a runny nose, but nothing I would even think about having to miss work for. As I write this I have a bad throat and runny nose, but again that is it and as for affects on my Hernia? not a thing!These will not stop the cold bug fully, but if they work as well for you as they have for me, then these are a MUST have and you will feel a lot more freedom and confidence in planning stuff! without the worry of a cold!

Great multivitamin

A very good thing to have, unfortunately there is a downside to this.The picture shows vitamin D3 at 200, but when it comes it is 300 which is not right for some people.I had to ring Amazon and complain,, they said keep the items and we will give you a full refund.They also told me they would Contact the Seller as it can be classed as misrepresentation, I can say this as I have got a Retail and Distribution Diploma and did this course in half the time it should have taken - there was no cheating as I took work home to do in my bedroom with no interference and no computer was used.

I bought these as I kept on getting continual viruses, they made no difference at all. I should probably have continued buying follow up packs but decided they didn’t help.
