Great piece of kit
I bought this piece of equipment direct from powerhouse. It was pretty easy to put together (so long as you follow the instructions) with my husband's help.Foot plate, foam rollers and hip support cushion are all adjustable giving you a wide range of possible set ups for all shapes and sizes. It is light enough for me to move along the floor to get away from the wall to have suffcient space to excercise.I read an american review of this product saying that the hip support cushion moves. All the adjustable parts have a degree of movement, but are firm when the equipment is in use. You find this in adjustable foam rollers in commercial gym equipment, so such movement is to be expected.There are good reviews of back machines/roman chairs on back-excercises dot com, an american site which prompted me to by this product.I am hoping that it will help me strengthen my back as well as my glutes and hamstrings.
