No need to get an engineer to replace the waves plate!Just be careful as you have to make it curve slightly to get it to fit behind the clips that hold it & it then goes flat. It is easy to break if not treated gently, but it does save money if you can replace it yourself!

Good price quick delivery but unfortunately the part was damaged. ( hence 4 stars not 5). These guards are quite delicate and perhaps better packaging would help. I emailed Amazon and the company responded quickly to resolve the issue. I sent a photograph of the damage and a replacement was sent to me. This is perfect and fits the microwave as advertised.

I bought this because my Combi Microwave kept sparking when in use. I was almost ready to buy a complete new oven because I've had it some time and it doesn't owe me anything, but was happy that I found this product (I bought 2) and have saved the cost of a new Combi Microwave.
