Useless for portrait mode
This isn't as good as Roocase origami cases for earlier ipads. The magnets in the cover are too weak, and the combined weight of the iPad and case will usually cause it to collapse when you try standing it up in portrait mode. That is the reason I bought this case, so this is a disappointment. It works in other formats, but so does the Apple case I already had.

FAB design but too good for its own good
Fabulous design and VERY practical, however, after just 3 folds of the cover, the front no longer sits flat against your screen so if you keep it in a bag going to work, you will get a build up of 'bits' on the screen. I have opted to now buy a tempered glass protector too.

solid and well designed
Very solid and well made. I've been using a roocase on a kindle fire for a few years now and it takes the day to day abuse well. So I bought another roocase for a new iPad mini. I suspect the case will last longer than the iPad....

Love these cases they are well made, perfect for the ipad mini does exactly what it says, I also buy these for my kindle hd can't go wrong with them, would buy from this seller again, arrived with in a couple of days, definitely recommend !!!!!
