I wad lucky enough to get a really really good one , i seen some of the photos some of the other guys got and they didn’t look great, but i was super lucky and i use it every day

Bought as a gift for my son. He is delighted ,as am I. Had I not known it was renewed I wouldn't have been able to tell. Not used long enough to comment on the battery life but so far it's been excellent.

i’ve had this laptop for about a week and all of a sudden for the last few days it does not charge. i have tried everything to get it to work but it doesn’t. Maybe the cable is dodgy?

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS SELLER! FAULTY PRODUCT AND ZERO SUPPORT. (1 Star) This has been, without a doubt, the worst purchasing experience I have ever had on Amazon. The product arrived faulty and completely non-functional straight out of the box. It is clear this seller is distributing defective merchandise without any quality control. The true problem began when I tried to initiate a service request. The seller has been untrustworthy, stalling and outright hesitating to provide any reasonable service regarding the return or replacement. I was met with excuses and delays that made the process incredibly frustrating. They are clearly not interested in backing the products they sell or honoring their obligations. Highly not recommended. Save yourself the frustration, the waste of time, and the headache. Stay far away from this seller. They are unreliable, and you will be left stranded if you receive a bad product.
