I am going from bright red hair to light brown with highlights, will this balayage work or will I need to use it a few times to get the result I want?
If to use this product but with your own brush, how is it in general? I presume this has not very powerful developer in a box. Is it?
Is balayage kit going to work on dark brown dyed hair?is it jist normal strenght bleach, or is it more like a hair dye that won't lighten dark hair?
The pictures says sold separately. What other kits are needed?

Read everyones reviews and they were rightIf you have dark hair colour or not your hair will fo shades of the orange/broze/blonde. It actually looks really nice if the tones sit right. Be prepared to buy purple toning shampoo if you want blonde.The kit its self is so easy to use.

Great colour for brunette, wish I’d used more of it!
Having read the reviews I was a bit nervous to give this a go I have dyed dark brown hair but I love the result and the colour is perfect not orange at all more of a copper with some blonder areas, I wish I’d been brave and used more of it! As I have very thick hair it would’ve been better to use my fingers rather than the brush provided.

Not the right product for me
I have dark brown hair which is difficult to bleach considering my previous experience. I did not want to achieve blonde results but rather make it light brown. I guess it is weak bleach as for 40 minutes stay it had no effect on my hair at all. You cannot really say I've put anything on my hair which is a little disappointing.

Fast shipping and excellent packaging. The Leatherman tool feels very premium and sturdy.
1) Remove applicator cap from the developer creme. Pour lightening powder into the developer creme's bottle.
2) Then add the lightening creme to the mix.
3) Replace the applicator cap and start shaking the developer creme horizontally by rolling it in your hands. Then shake it vigorously vertically.
4) Twist off tip of applicator immediately to avoid the bottle bursting and damage from the product overflowing. In case of blockage in applicator tip, unblock using a non-metal object, screw back the cap again on the applicator tip and shake again.
Usage
1) Part hair into two sections from the back.
2) Put on the gloves. Squeeze the ombre mixture evenly onto the DIY brush, until it is fully covered.
3) Start application between ear and chin level. Brush first into back lengths and tips.
4) Continue by brushing side and front lengths. Apply lightly onto front strands.
5) Leave on to develop between 25 to 45 minutes depending on your desired ombré intensity. To see if light enough, clean a small piece of hair using gloved fingers after 25 minutes. If not light enough, spread mixture through again and continue to develop. Never exceed a total developing time of 45 minutes.
6) Without removing the gloves, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Then remove the gloves and apply half of the conditioning shampoo. Rinse again thoroughly. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly.
