Q: Are these balloons the same color as pictured? Why did some reviewers complain balloons are not orange but more of brown?

Hi, it is the same color. The balloon looks brown before inflation. After inflation, they are just as orange as pictured.

Q: How long does it take to make a balloon garland? And is it easy to transport once it's made?

It can take a few hours to get it right depending on the size of garland you want and the effect you want. Blow up a large amount of balloons first to get to started, then you can add more as you go along if you need them. Blowing the balloons larger will make it look bigger overall, but the effect is better with a mixture of balloon sizes. You can transport it across the room easily if that's what you mean... The balloons are fairly secure on the strip you get in a garland making kit however its too large to transport e.g in a car. I would definitely recommend the garland is created in the venue or place it is needed if possible.

Q: I'd like the balloons to float, so how best to inflate? Any advise?

Inflating with helium gas is the only way to make them 'float'. If you do not have helium gas then the only option is to buy a balloon stand (frame) to which you can attach the balloons and make a display. Buying a frame costs about £15 but you can reuse it many many times and so the cost is offset very soon by the convenience of having the frame to reuse.
