not working after 4 months

I was hoping this would work for my iPhone X but its truly a disappointment. I lay it on the disc, the blue light goes on, and after 40 minutes, my battery has only charged 4%. Sad charger and will be returned immediately.

Works perfect. Takes a while to charge but works with I phone and Android.
