Honestly I have to say I am disappointed with these shoes. I just started cosmetology school and am on my feet for hours at a time so I wanted to get some comfortable and stylish shoes for that. I did read the reviews and although some people stated that fit was an issue, I went ahead and got them since my feet are on the wider side. They do fit true to size in my opinion. The elastic on top was tight at first but after a while they do loosen. My first issue is with the heels. These things are SO painful. The day I got them I wore them out to eat with my mom, only for about 2 or 3 hours. By the time I got home my heels were rubbed raw!! I have worn these shoes almost every day since I got them (2-3 weeks ago) and they are STILL killing me. I have had to wear moleskin patches on my heels every time and they still hurt by the end of the day. You can even see where the moleskin is being rubbed raw by these things and bits of the moleskin will be left in the heel of the shoes I am probably going to have to get some permanent heel inserts in order to continue wearing them. Also, they do not have good ventilation so my feet end up being so sweaty by the end of the day. We all know what that means... Stinky feet! That I could deal with if they were super comfy but unfortunately they are not. I'm probably going to have to get another pair of school shoes which is a shame since I have not had these long. Please save your money and get something else!

I would say the fit is either as expected or only slightly smaller. I was looking for a shoe that was both reasonably stylish and, more important, comfortable enough for me to walk to work in (about a mile each way). When I wore them for the first time, and I walked roughly 3/4 mile, they seemed very comfortable but as I continued to walk, I found that the cut of the shoe was rubbing the back of my heels. I developed blisters/raw spot. I've not tried them since then as I'm waiting for my heels not to feel sore anymore. I am very much hoping that, with additional wear, the blistering/raw spots won't be a problem. I suspect I will have to either continue to wear band aids for a while or find something cushiony to stick on the inside of the shoe itself.

They're a good sturdy shoe but they weren't as comfortable as i was expecting, they have a very firm sole so if you're someone who stands around on tile or hardwood floors all day then id veer towards something that has more of a soft sole like another sketchers shoe. Though despite not being able to use them for work as i planned they're my go to shoe for daily errand running.

I had tried to buy these shoes from another online shop in my normal size, 4, but they were far too big as I tend to a 'small' 4. I was really disappointed, so was delighted to find them on Amazon in a half size. The 3.5 fit perfectly, look really smart and cute and are so comfortable because of the memory foam insole. The top strap seemed a little tight at first (I have a very high instep btw), but as it's attached to the shoe with elastic s0 gave quite quickly in general and also stretches easily when walking, so the shoe moves comfortably with you. I now have 2 pairs of these shoes - in navy and black - which is quite an investment, but they seem very sturdy, well made and versatile so I'm pretty sure I'll get plenty of wear out of them, making them well worth the money.

These are probably the most comfortable flats I have ever worn. I am a teacher, and am on my feet for up to 14 hours a day, walking up to 13,000 steps by noon. These don't hurt my feet like other shoes do, and they are great quality! They also have great support, and are very cute when worn! I have gotten several compliments on these. My only complaint is that they didn't come in a wide fit, so I had to adjust the straps and sew on a little bit more elastic material to fit my wide feet. Otherwise, these would be the perfect shoe, and I would buy these in every color if they did come in a wide.
