this is the second delivery of this item and has arrived crushed / first one arrived crushed and no way of telling the dosagethree gel balls entirely crushed asking for my money back now do not order unless you want hasslenow having to return again

Have used these for a few months on our large pond and they have worked great, water is lovely and clear. First time ordering these through amazon and I wouldn't recommend it, specially if you are using prime and ordering other items with these. We had to return one lot as amazon had delivered these with no packing with other items in the box so they were all smashed to mush. Second lot that arrived today as a replacement only two of the balls had survived. So id recommend if you can order from another place that isn't prime.

I saw the other reviews about these coming like mush but I needed them due to a flare up in my pond.They came packaged in amazon style a box way to big for the item stuffed with paper, so assumed they would be intact, but unfortunately they still came s pulp.I still used them as I've just been throwing in the mushed up chunks as they should still release what they need to.So this seems not to be an issue with delivery, but somewhere either at the warehouse or the larger supply chain these are getting turned into pulp.While you can still use them they will likely dissolve quicker and probably not work over a longer period. As such I would advise purchasing these from another supplier as it seems someone at amazon takes great joy in turning them to mush.

They have helped to keep the water clear in the pond would recommend and use again

My package is supposed to consist of 3 large bacteria balls instead I received a bag of mush. There was not one solid ball.

2 of the 3 pond balls were smashed to a pulp. Ordered a replacement refund. The 2nd package arrived - even worse. All 3 obliterated. Now have to wait 14 days plus for a refund. Shocking service.
