The installation went well until I tried to insert the “Hidden Hitch” piece. I spent more than an hour trying to get it to lock in place in the hitch frame. It was not at all easy nor convenient. And I was on a creeper with the car up on ramps. I finally got it to stay in place but was afraid to remove it and risk not being able to get it back in. I called Draw-Tite customer service. Gentleman said he would send a new insert and that they had experienced some issues with that piece. More than a week passed with no word and no replacement. I called again, guy said no record of item being shipped and sent me to tech support where the recoding said that my call would be answered in 36 minutes. I hung up. Removed the whole hitch assembly the next day and shipped it back to an Amazon this week. New receiver insert arrived midweek. It is being returned to sender.Cannot recommend. One additional note. Because the hitch frame is back up under, away from the bumper, the eyes for clipping your safety chains are also back up under. Several of my chains don’t reach to the eyes.

Bought to put on 2022 Lexus RX 350 so we could add a bike rack. It's is definitely heavy duty and well made. It fit perfectly just had to slightly bend heat shield. You tube video from Draw Tite was helpful. The removable hitch is fantastic as you can't see it from the back of the car. You snap it in when you need it so it's no eye sore when you look at the car.

I order this from them and it said it could fit my 2019 Lexus RX 450 h but nothing about the F Sport Edition I asked for refund and it took almost $200 and restocking fee these people are shady do not do business with them
