They're huge!
If you struggle with taking tablets or capsules be aware that these are huge. I have really found them difficult to swallow. Also according to the directions on the pot the recommended dose is three capsules three times a day so if I followed those guidelines I would only have ten days' supply. I thought I was getting approximately three months' worth. Too soon to tell if they're having any benefit but I will not re-purchase and will just go back to eating delicious blueberries every day instead.

The purest is the best
I have been taking this product for six years. I was taking two a day to start with, but began to feel a little uncomfortable and dropped it down to one. It is excellent quality being very pure, so I can accept the expense. Pure supplements cause your body less problems.I started taking these to protect my eyes, I also take 20mg of Jarrow lutein; which is also very pure; and together they work a treat. No problems.
