Multi Cooker REDMOND RMC-M4502E, 42 programmes, 1000W, Ecoceramic (Black)

I bought this and used it happily for 2 years - why then am I not happy. It's their lack of customer service.One of the retaining pegs, on the push button catch, broke off, (just out of guarantee) which meant that the lid wouldn't stay closed, so I called them. The young woman I spoke to was very helpful and promised to call me back after speaking to her manager, which she did.When she called back I was informed that it was not company policy to replace the part and the item was out of guarantee. I said I knew that and that I wasn't expecting the part to be free - I just wanted to buy a replacement switch.I was told that I couldn't do that and the only way I could have a new switch was to send the multicooker back to them (at my expense) and they would 'look at it'!So I now have a machine which is no longer of any use as the lid will not remain closed - just because Redmond have refused to sell me a part which will probably cost less than £5 including P&P

I love this multicooker. It can cook almost anything. I have used it almost every day since I had it. It is also very good looking and sits proud on my kitchen work top.

Product does not work properly instructions very difficult to understand still not had refund very disappointing service would not recommend this product wasn’t cheap still out of pocket and no product

5 months and the cooker does not work anymore. No service centre in UK, The manual write the 2 year warranty but have no clue where to contact.

Item advertised as 5 litre capacity, this is incorrect it is only 3 litres

Looks great and Cooks great,very pleased and would recommend.

Had one if these with a different branding a few years ago and loved it so was chuffed to find this one on amazon. Bought it for my mum. Love it.
