No negatives here. Everything was there, all that parts, imo easy instructions. Perfect, easy fit and they look great. I’m 198 pounds and they felt sturdy under my weight.

I installed these side running boards on my wife’s 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and they look fantastic!! Installation was just over two hours (2 hrs, 15 min). Instructions were easy to follow and pretty straight forward. The instructions were only three pages long (big pictures and straight forward text). I used a small and medium sized socket wrench with 10mm, 13mm and 18mm sockets. The equivalent individual wrenches came in handy as well (don’t forget to wear safety goggles—got gunk in my eye not wearing them). I also used a pair of needle nose locking pliers to help put the smaller 10mm bolts/nuts on and a flat head screwdriver to take off the thick stickers that covered the holes on the Jeep (in the instructions it says there are rubber plugs—in the 2018 model these rubber plugs have been replaced with thick stickers).These are the only running boards available that did not require removing the rock plate on the Trailhawk model. No way was I removing the plate to install running boards. I spoke with the vendor and they assured me I would not need to do that. The customer service representative was very helpful.I, nor my wife—more importantly, couldn’t be happier with the outcome. This is a sturdy product and quality is exceptional. I would definitely recommend these running boards.

These were my Father’s Day present from my wife. I always wanted them but wouldn't spend the money on myself. They are kind of my Red Ryder BB gun. Maybe now the wife will find it easier to get in my vehicle.Arrived on time, well packaged, no damage during shipment. Once installed the look great with my dark grey paint on my 2011 Jeep GC Laredo.I installed them both in about 2 hours by myself. Not overly difficult but sometimes tedious. At times I'm using a 1/2 inch socket wrench with metric sockets and other times I'm on my back with 2 open end wrenches getting about a 1/4 turn on the nut at a time. It's knuckle busting and time consuming.Suggestions, read through the entire instructions first. Put the clear "washers" on the brackets nearly all the way to the base before inserting. Fit the arm through the bracket bolt and then insert the two smaller bolts. Leave everything loose until everything is installed. Level the steps and then do the final tightening. Once tight, go back and check every nut and bolt to confirm they are tight. I plan on checking the tightness in a month and then 3 to 4 times a year.My only issues are poorly described and displayed directions and more clearly identify left and right side parts.Also I would have liked they to be a little sturdier. I'm 220lbs and I get a little sway when I stand on them. I was expecting no movement but perhaps I'm being too picky. I would and will recommend these to others.

Product arrived on time and in good condition. Took about 2.5 hours to install by myself without a lift or jack. As long as you have the right tools, it’s straightforward. For the price it’s a good value and would definitely recommend to give it a try. Fits my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 perfectly.

Yes, they DO fit Grand Cherokee Trailhawk as long as the factory rock rails aren't installed. But, Of Course we aren't installing both at the same time. Who would? Dear TAC, the rock rails are very rare options; not standard.Installation is a pain, but they look good and the wife is happy getting in now... Since the level links and 32" tires made things difficult.
