Great for price. Would be even better if there was a way to preview the image on the mug before going to print. That would ensure that the size and placement of the image on the mug met expectations. As it was, the image was bigger than anticipated, starting on the side, but reaching round the front of the mug; not at the fault of the producer, and not too detrimental, but a simple redesign may have nailed it. I think a square image might have worked best for me, as I only wanted the image on one side. Perhaps a 3:1 ratio would work for a full wrap around? If I order again I might experiment.

This product is excellent quality and looks fabulous. I had problems with uploading image so contacted the seller and the seller was very professional and helpful and I then was able to submit images to the seller by what’s app and the Rex I wanted on the personalised mugs.The seller went above and beyond for ensuring I was totally happy with my product if you want a quality product and lovely gift then this mug is the best choice of mugs on amazon in my humble onion. Never dealt with this company before but chose them from their excellent reviews, I sent them a few pictures of a 32 year old (but favourite) tea mug belonging to my wife and asked if they could produce something similar, the superb results can be seen in the picture which exceeded my expectations especially as it was at such a low price.I wasn't expecting much more than the text but hoped it would be similar with a border which they did very well and my wife is very happy with her surprise too.Absolutely first class service and products, couldn't be more pleased with the quality and would't hesitate to recommend them to others.

If you're thinking of having a mug made…….. use these people!I simply can't heap enough praise on the talented folks at 'More Than A Mug' or recommend them too highly - they were even kind enough to help me by providing some of the artwork I wanted but had been unable to find. The finished mug is of really excellent quality and its design is absolutely perfect & EXACTLY what I had wanted, plus it arrived only 3 or 4 days after I placed the order - a truly fantastic service. I'm thrilled to bits with the mug & will definitely use 'More Than A Mug' again. They're BRILLIANT!

Absolutely delighted with this purchase. I simply asked for my photo to be printed with some text above & below it, and the seller did a great job picking a nice font & colour. Even printed the photo twice to fill the space on the mug. Super job, really happy and would definitely purchase from you again.I had trouble getting my photo over as the iPad/iPhone didn’t seem to allow attaching images to messages (nothing to do with the seller - purely an amazon thing) - if you get the same problem try logging in via your browser (chrome/safari/edge) - that worked for me.

Good quality product. Picture was printed twice, easily visible to others whilst drinking with right hand. Nice scale with no blurring or stretching. Mug itself is a nice size with a big handle. Well worth buying. Just make sure the picture is bright and clear when ordering.

Perfect, better than expected. Photo quality is first class, wasn't sure how well it would come out on a mug but it's crystal clear. Good as a normal photo print. Wording was just what we wanted as well, again, wasn't sure how the words we wanted would fit but, again excellent. Looks like they actually took care to do each mug individually, (we ordered 4 with different names but same photo), and, took the time to make sure the finished product looked good. Would happily use More Than A Mug again.

Mug is a decent size, and very good quality. The picture I wanted was printed perfectly, no blemishes that I could see. The writing I requested was printed in the style I requested. Absolutely no complaints.Excellent customer service, they contacted me by email after I tried using the "contact seller" method via Amazon as recommended in the product description, which was a bit confusing and didn't work.But the company emailed me promptly to make sure by requested designs got on the mug before shipping.All in all, big bank for my buck, fantastic value for money, highly recommended.
