These will do it but will take a long time. You’d be better off with a courser 12 inch blade. Something like 12x24 or 12x18 as you’ll cut through with much less effort.

Yes it will. However .... it is often better to use a coarse pitch blade with soft metals like aluminium alloy. It also depends on how thick the tube wall is. I suspect it will be fairly thick so I would choose a 18TPI Blade, not this which is 32TPI You need 3 teeth to span the thickness otherwise it will tend to snag. D.

yes- great strong flexi blades copes with hard steels- take the ones with the smaller teeth per inch as the larger teeth can be sticky to start on softer metals- both superior quality

I am not sure ,most hacksaws are in standard sizes. You might have to compare the dimensions of blades that the stanley would normally use.
