ALMOST a great organizer!
I really want to love this because it would suit my OCD desk organizational needs perfectly! And, it would be perfect, with just a couple of tweaks. First of all, it slides around too easily. I had to get a little monitor shelf so that it could rest against something to keep it from moving. Now, that leads me to an even better solution! Integrate the thing into a monitor shelf! Now THAT would be sweet! The second thing that needs to be tweaked is, as noted in many of the other reviews: the phone rest. It is no where near long enough to support most current smart phones and not wide enough for many. I taped the prongs of a large binder clip to mine so that my phone could rest against the clip part. As it turns out, that works great because by tilting the binder clip up, it also puts my phone at a nice angle for viewing the screen! Oh yeah....and I added a little stick on pressure clip (as used for pens) and I put my charger cord in it to keep it handy if I need to charge the phone, but out of the way when not in use. I like having the usb and card reader because my only access to ports is to crawl under my desk...ugh. For those of you who are unhappy with the phone rest, see attached photos of a quick and very effective fix for this. All you need is a large binder clip and some strapping tape! Over all, it is a nicely thought out organizer. It just needs a few little tweeks

] *My favorite feature is the photo slots on the front
*The istick shown is with an iMac that has a higher screen, if you have a lower screen, the stick will potentially block some of you screen.*Also, note that the mobile phone section is intended for smaller phones. My iPhone 5 barely fits and the angle is not significant, so you may not notice the screen. [The otterbox on my iPhone 5c actually makes it sometimes fall off.]*My favorite feature is the photo slots on the front, since I often use an SD card. The USB ports on the side are also handy if you often run out.*Welcomed addition to my desk, keeping it cleaner and good use of space since I use an extra screen.

Minimalist attitude for taller people( so you can see the items in the picture view!
When it first arrived, all of my coworkers were really jealous! They love the minimalist look and all the functionality. When I first set it up my reaction was that It is plastic and flimsy. The cup holder is useless. The document page holder ( nice that it is flexibility) would obviously right in front of my monitor- plus it is much too short for real documents.I loved the usb hub, but it stopped working about 2 months later. Since the pictures are taken from above it looks really simple, but all I see is the stripe of black in the front. The keyboard (like the picture) is in front of the Desk Organizer. It makes it hard to grab a post-it. As another customer posted- the phone area doesn't allow you to see the screen unless you setup some kind of prop to tilt it towards you. I haven't placed any pictures in the slot or even have a need for the letter opener. I don't like the pencil holder because of the changing sizes and with the varied writing utensils don't have space for. I was hoping to minimize my writing utensils in my previous pencil cup but this one makes me realize that I need one a bit bigger. I do love the larger portion for extras. I used this to place my different types of document tabs. I may be a bit short (5'4") but it is sometimes hard to reach and very difficult to see the post-its and things in my larger section.

I'm so glad I kept searching until I found this!
I almost ordered a standard desk organizer that I've seen on the desk of several of my friends, but I wanted something different. Luckily, I just kept searching Amazon. It has USB ports, pen holders and great little compartments I keep finding new uses for. The only thing I don't care for is the cup holder. I wish they made these in a couple different sizes. I have the biggest iMac so I can't place it in front of the screen, but off to the side.

too expensive for what you get
This is a great idea, but too expensive for the plastic "shelf". The iphone does not fit as it looks in the picture, especially if you have a cover or battery case, as most people do. The cup holder is too small to hold much of anything; I was hoping my insulated coffee mug would fit.Not even a standard water bottle will fit into the holder. The letter opener doesn't slice clean,it basically shredded the end of the envelope.I love the concept and allowing space for my keyboard to slide underneath is a convenient feature. I just think the plastic feels cheap and for the price, it should be much heavier material.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do
Holds my post-its, keeps my pens in good reach, and lets me take all the small cards/paper bits that are normally strewn all over my desk and put them in one central, organized spot.

Great gift
Got this for my mother who has very little real estate on her desk. She had requested a USB hub for her computer and I'm glad I can across this, she loves it.Now I just need an excuse to buy myself one too.UPDATE:I had to remove one star because the USB ports stopped woking after a few months (which is one of the reasons I bought this for my mom in the first place). So if you're buying this for the USB expansion, you might want to invest in a separate USB hub.

Great organizer but USB connection is intermittant
I love this organizer, but I had my iPod plugged into the USB connection on the side, and it kept connection and disconnecting throughout the day, so I finally gave up and unplugged it. There are some great ports for flash drives and photos cards on the front. I still use those because a photo transfer or file copy is a quick thing, and not plugged in all day like the iPod was. Overall I like it, but do not think it will be a hub for your keyboard or mouse - not reliable enough.
