Is this an actual Braun product or simply something that will fit the Braun ear thermometers?

I have just received 2 packets of these which arrived (without any protective packaging) in battered boxes from China. I very much doubt that are manufactured by, or under licence from, Braun. The printing on the package states ‘Use only with ThermoScan Pro Series Instant Thermometers’. I can’t comment on whether they will work with our Braun thermometer; they may be fine - but they are almost certainly not the ‘real deal’
