Yes it will, I have similar setup on my motorcycle. I have 2 kenwood 75w rims 6.5''s and 2 Kenwood 35w rms 4"s ,my amp is the kac-m1824bt..and it pretty much the same amp, except mine's has Bluetooth remote..sounds great!

Q: how do i wire it to a 2017 street glide that had 2 speakers, i added rear speakers for 4 total

This allows for either high or low speaker input and 4 output. You simply cut two of the provided RCA wires and splice your speaker wires into it and then wire back to the two speakers and the two additional speakers.
