This Tens Premier plus 4 is way better than i could have expected it worked on my frozen shoulder and in a very short time i was better.Could i also say that my wife suffered from neck pain and again the Tens has eased her problem with just three sessions. This machine is well worth every penny and the pain Doctor conductive gel along with the polar frost pain relief cold gel is a must they work in tandem with the Tens.Wish i had purchased it years earlier thank you for such a brilliant product and i hope many more people will discover the benefits of having relief at hand every single day if required.Thank you once more and i will be in touch for Polar Frost andPain Doctor as soon as I have finished this supply.G R B (NI)

Great item, but... watch out some misinformation !!!
Great item. I made some research in the internet about this kind of item and I took my decision based on lot of reviews about TENS therapy and different TENS machines. It seems the performance and price/quality of this item is one of the best in the market. The fact of EV906 is a combined TENS/EMS machine, make this product even more versatile. Also, the fact of having 4 channels is great. As this is the first TENS machine I ever bought, I can only confirm the positive reviews that can be found in the internet.Easy to understand and use. It comes with all the basic accessories to start immediately with any function.Only two not so positive remarks...Considering the information of the user manual, the TENS manual and the EMS manual, we will find some non concordance information and some lake of updates. The producer of this item should pay more attention to details, which can lead to misinterpretation or duality of terms. The publicity of this product refers 4 independent channels. That is almost true but not completely true.First, you cannot use different programs in each channel at a time. When we select a TENS or EMS program, every 4 channels will work only according with the selected program.Second, when using alternate mode, channels 1 and 3 will work at the same time, in parallel, as well as channels 2 and 4. So, the alternate sequence is between channels 1+3 and 2+4.The intensity of each channel is the only completely independent feature. So, we can turn on and off any channel.

The best that money can buy
I have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia and a little bit of arthritis: retention dramatically cut the amount of painkillers I need to take. If I have a specific area of pain, the tens machine can alleviate the symptoms and sometimes even get rid of the pain completely.I have several TENS machines, I think this is one of the best thst money can buy. I have the version with the rechargeable battery: if you can afford it get the rechargeable one, it's much better. This machine can do the whole spine, with 8 pads placed along your back, for each side of your spine - you may need someone to help you. You can also do, for example, your wrist and your knee at the same time. The transition between the different levels of power is very subtle, giving you a lot of control over the intensity. I also have a wireless TENS machine for when I am out and about, it's nowhere near as good as this one, is a big jump between the levels of intensity, can't do continuous simulation, only pulses. So well you might need to have another TENS machine for day-to-day use, this machine will sort you out when things are really really bad.You can usually borrow a TENS machine from your local hospital to try, if this is your first time.

The EV-906A is top of the range and very effective for both TENS and EMS!
The EV.906A is truly effective, amazing and very powerful. The choice of being able to use up to 8 electrodes for either pain relief of EMS makes this THE BEST machine on the market. It was delivered bang on time and I love using it for EMS treatments as well having the option for TENS work.Easy to recharge just makes this machine even more recommendable! 5 stars <3

Poor manual
My initial reaction is that the manual is poorly written and doesn't tell you what you need to know. It seems to have been machine-translated from Chinese. It makes a lot of wild or jokey claims but rather short on specifics. It says almost nothing about the intensity level or how that relates to the pre-programmed settings. You would need advice from a professional to know how to use this. Seems to be more designed for pain relief than EMS. I have read elsewhere that the electrodes should be no more than 2 inches apart to actually generate contractions in the muscles.

Complicated Instruction Booklet but Well Made Machine
Well made little machine. The instruction manual is quite complicated - in my view over-complicated. It needs a simple instruction sheet with a separate ‘tech spec’ information sheet. It would greatly benefit from some additional and better pictures of where to apply the pads. My advice to anyone buying this is to shop around. I bought it as a brand new item with a pack of additional free pads for half the price sold by other sellers on the Internet.

Good alternative for chemical painkillers.
We have been using this for a few weeks now and I have to see it has pain reducing qualities. The pads are easy to stick to areas needed for treatment. The instruction manual is clear on how to use the Med-Fit. After a long run it's nice to have the Med-Fit treat the sore area for half an hour and that seems to help recovery. My wife uses it for her lower back pains and is very content with the results. The pain will come back is our experience sofar but that is also the case for chemical painkillers. So over all, definitely recommended.
