This is a different scope than the Millet 6-25x56
I found varying reviews of this scope and tried to read them all. So, to begin, this is not the Millet Scope that Bushnell quit making. This scope is shorter, lighter and the reticle is different. A model with this description may have been the same at one time as the Millet 6-25x56, but the one I received was totally different. the reticle is a mil-dot reticle, however, the spacing of the increments are smaller than I prefer. The scope came wonderfully and professionally packaged. It mounts well and looks good on the rifle. I have it mounted on a 6.5 Grendel in an AR platform. I do not have any height, line of sight or eye relief issues. As far as performance goes, I initially sighted it in at 25 yrds to confirm it was on paper and mounted correctly. Then took it out to 50 yrds and then to 100 yrds. I sighted it no different than I would with any scope of any caliber. I had no issues with the products operation. The adjustment measurements are accurate and true as stated by the labeling. One click, 1/4 inch at 100yrds. The labeling on the turrets make this very simple. The left side focus by yardage is also reliable. I shot late in the day with light cloud cover. The sun was to my back. The glass and optics of the product is clear and amplifies the ambient light nicely. It does not amplify the light, nor is it as bright as some of the higher end more expensive scopes and optics. Ranking explained: Value for the money - 5 stars, the product performance is considerably exceeds the cost; Brightness - 4 start, It is just not as bright as other scopes, but is performs very well at this price point; Accuracy - 4 stars, the reticle increments of the mildot are small. Overall, it is a very good scope for the price. I would recommend it as an entry level scope for long range shooting. Does well on the bench. And it definitely looks cool.

Great scope for the money if you are on a budget!
Set my sights on building a long range compition rifle for F Class shooting on a budget. First part was the gun. After contacting about a dozen gun shops trying to locate a potential candidate for $500-$700 I found a slightly used Remington 700 VLS (Varmint Laminated Stock) in 243 with heavy barrel. In keeping with my budget challenge I was able to trade a Beretta A351 dedicated turkey shotgun I had picked up at a swap meet for $400 even up for the Remington. Next I needed a mil dot scope of at least 20x-24X max power in at least 40mm objective perferably with side focus. I found the Ade Advanced Optics 6-25x56 35mm Long Range Rifle Scope Mil-dot Bar Side Focus, included mounting rings and sun shade for an incredable reasonable $210 with free shipping from Ade Advanced Optics. After mounting and a laser bore sighting I was off to the range. I had one box of factory Hornady ammunition and ten rounds each of four separate home loads. Two shots touching at the 25 yard sight in bunker and a quick adjustment of the Ade shots 3-5 where touching 3" high over the 10 ring. Skipped past the 50 yard target rack and set one Remington 100 Yard Sight-In Paper Target and several E-ZEE-C Self-Adhesive Black/Yellow Bullseye Target. Three shots and another dial in of the Ade and I was cutting the 10 ring again with touching shot groups. Decided to move a new sight in target the four E-Zee 5" targets out to 200 yards and skip any more 100 yards shots. Again three shots and a scope adjustment and I was in the black. When I first received the Ade the shipping box and the scope box showed obvious shipping damage and I was concerned but once at the range everything was OK. The Ade exterior finish is not comparable to high cost scopes but the glass, eye relief, clear focused target objective is excellent given it's cost. I have used the Ade to shoot out to 500yards, 880 yards and 1000 yards. The mill dot reference has been suitable to all wind adjustments and the point of aim has held thru over 400+ rounds. I would recommend the Ade Advanced Optics 6-25x56 35mm Long Range Rifle Scope Mil-dot Bar Side Focus to anyone looking for a budget long range scope. Impressive looking scope that works well.
I finally had a chance to try this scope today and it was excellent. I'm very happy with this purchase, and may buy another one. Here are the details:I have this scope mounted on a bolt action .308 with the rings that came in the box. All screws were torqued to 25 in-lb (There were no directions with this scope). After bore sighting at home by looking through the barrel at a pole about 100 yards away, and then adjusting the scope onto the same target, I was able to dial in the scope with 4 shots at the range.I shot a total of 40 rounds in overcast weather, and the scope was solid. The view was clear after focusing for distance (the distance dial was accurate). The clarity/brightness of this scope at 100 yads matched or is slightly better than the Vortex Quickfire2 on my other rifle (side by side comparison on the same outting), except this scope have a wider range of useful eye relief distance. I did not use the shade. This scope is bigger and heavier than any scopes that I've seen, so you probably don't want this on a rifle that you plan to carry around all day. I have this on a bench gun, and it looks very impressive. Lastly, I really liked the side focus feature.
