Amazing LED light with many uses
I bought this for laptop which didn't have a back lit keyboard but ended up taking it back for one which did so I was left with this LED light i didnt really need. I've got a small youtube channel (knightstechuk) and I was recording some footage and noticed I was a bit dark and it just popped in my mind to use this light connected to my phone's power bank for easy placement.Worked AMAZING!! Having the dimmable option is a god send as it allowed me to adjust the lighting to the levels i needed for the video.Bloody bargain and seems to be well made to boot!Very happy with it and just ordered myself a 2nd unit for extra lighting!

Good
A good bit of kit, does the light is good and the arm flexible but stable. A minor niggle, hence the loss of a star, is that the "slot" through which the light shines is a little too wide. If you position the device so that the light doesn't shine in your eyes the it reflects in the screen, and vice versa. Probably not a problem with a matt screen, or younger eyes! The brightness level helps a bit, but no much. UPDATE I have found that in use the weight of the item tends to distort the USB socket. Something you might want to be aware of

Exactly the same as a product from a well known brand.
This little USB light is exactly the same, as one made by a well-known brand, however it just has somewhat different printing on its surface. It is bright, it has a touch sensitive on/off switch and fortunately, it does stay in place, unlike many other products of similar build.Overall this is a decent enough product to use and would complement any smaller or larger power bank on the market, if you need light in the field. The fact that the Swan and neck is also reasonably flexible means that you can store this device with ease.Would buy again.Would easily recommend.

just what i needed
this little light is perfect for me .I don't have the best eyesight and struggled to clearly see my keyboard on my laptop .You just plug the light into a usb socket touch the end and voila , light .The light is clear and nice and bright its like having a mini daylight lamp shining onto my keyboard which makes my life much easier to see .The light is very flexible and light weight and just a great simple little gadget. Not expensive and very effective ,would recommend to anyone needing a light on their keyboard .

Neat useful light
Well made, bright and easy to use. Cable from the light tube to the USB plug is semi-rigid so you can use it to support the light tube and bend the cable to position the tube where you want it. Mine sits over the keyboard to illuminate it without having to put the room lights on. Good brightness and has an adjustable dimmer function (press and hold the touch pad). Very pleased with it.

Good light, poor goose-neck
Flexible goose-neck does not stay where you want it. It moves back. So I've added some extra iron wire support onto mine, and now it works fine. Good light, white light, dimmable, easy to use, neat, does not get in the way.

they are nice and bright!
only thing id say is they are quite sensitive and easily turn off if you come near the button.would be nicer if they remembered their setting so i didnt have to turn them on every time i power up my usb hub.but overall, very good!

Worked OK
Worked OK, unlike the 3 non-dimmable versions similar to this product that I also bought from Amazon. Generally these static or resistance switches need to be carefully designed, and many similar designs fail at exactly that. For me, this particular one worked OK - although it took me a while to realize that the dimming kicks in as a function of how long you touch it for. If these kind of devices don't work for you, try a different USB port or a less loaded USB hub or dampening your finger, or holding the device in different places when touching the switch. This one consistently works OK for me so far without having to play these games, so I'm happy.
