Michelin are my go to maps for touring. They make the planning, of scenic and interesting routes, simple

Useful if you’re planning to travel around North Portugal. We used this to plan our trip and to help us navigate around when our car satnav lost the plot.

This is a great large-scale map 1cm = 3km. Plenty of detail. The only possible problem is that it dos not seem to bear a date, so it may be a bit out-of-date.

Although this was a good map it was a bit out of date as new motorways have been built and road numbering changed.

Good value and excellent coverage of northern Portugal

This map covers a VERY large area so detail is a bit lacking. Ordinance Survey it's not bit for general getting about, its acceptable.

We used it without GPS in the countryside of Aregos outside Porto town and we had no problem whatsoever. We could not have done the drive without it since we are foreigners w/o speaking their language and first time being there.
