Q: How slippery for dogs?

Not too slippery, it also has a bungy cord attached to wrap it around the bottom of the seat. I have a German Sheppard that in the beginning figured out she can go under it by ducking under the sides of the hammock. Now she stays on it very well and it has greatly reduced the dog hair on the back seats also keeps dog treats/toys from dropping to the floor.

Q: What size are the quick clips that are used? I tried 1" & 3/4" and neither work.

It wasn't for me - it was a gift for my daughter. Sorry.

Q: Is it good for over 80lbs and will use at least 4x a week?

I would not recommend it for use that often or for a dog that large. I use it for the weekend trips to visit my sister out of state but I only travel about every 2 months and my dog is only 45 lbs. I don't think it is durable enough for how often you are wanting to use it and for the size dog you have.

Q: I don't have back head rests, so what will the cover stay attached too?

There's also a strap that runs the length of the cover that can be put behind the seats if they fold forward (like to lay forward for cargo).
