Great insole
Rigid and flexible. Great support for standing long-term. I work and run in the same insert. Works great. I have flat feet but insert flexible enough to provide support but not too much. Better then superfeet. Great heel cup. Very comfortable. Best if insole is cut down to have insert sit flat in the shoe for deeper heel placement. I've sold inserts and shoes before. This product is cost effective durable.and functional.

My feet are feeling good
As I age, things in my feet and legs seem to be shifting a bit so I have been trying different things in my shoes to help with that. I ordered these insoles and I'm happy with how they feel and how they help keep my feet from rotating in. They fit great in my both pairs of my trainers (I removed the insoles that came in the shoes) and my feet are happy. I tried them in some dress shoes, but they are too big to fit in them securely...though I don't wear dress shoes often enough or long enough so that's really not a problem. My feet and legs are happy at the end of those days when I've been wearing my trainers all day so I calling this product a successful solution.

I tried five different insoles and these finally worked
I developed plantar fasciitis in my left foot several months ago and tried several insoles before finding one that worked for me. Reading reviews was helpful, but ultimately everyone’s feet are different so the only way to find what works is to try things out.I believe that I have high arches (at least according to the Dr. Scholl’s machine you stand on at Walmart) but apparently not super high. The first insoles I tried were the ones recommended by that machine. While they helped initially, apparently my arches aren’t high enough because after a couple of hours they hurt a lot; I went from heal pain in one foot to arch pain in both feet. I then tried a full length insole, but I don’t know how you fit those in your shoes. I was hesitant to rip the soles out of my shoes for an insole that may not work, so I went back to only trying 3/4 length insoles. After a few more tries I found these. They fit in several pairs of my shoes ok and they seem to be the right amount of arch support for my feet. If you think you have mid-high arches these may work for you. They haven’t made my foot pain-free but have helped a lot.My one complaint, and frankly it’s kind of a big one, is they’re not soft at all. They’re like a hard piece of plastic with no gel or anything, and I really don’t understand that. Anyone walking or standing a lot needs some cushion, not just support. I’ve been using these for a couple of months, and they do help a lot, but I tried to go for a long walk recently and could only go for about 45 minutes before being in too much pain. Perhaps some cushioning would help, but not entirely. While these have made a huge difference, I may go back and try a few more, and I also may eventually go to a podiatrist to get custom insoles. My brother is in the process of doing that, so I’m going to see how it works out for him. For now, I’m much better off with these than I was before, and at $16 they were very affordable.

Great inserts!
These insoles solve my heel spurs pain. Put them in my shoes and almost immediately could feel the difference. No pain! Insoles are well made and very stiff yet comfortable. The fact that they are only half size instead of full size makes a big difference as my foot did not feel too squeezed into shoe. Excellent product and very happy with it.

Fixed my Plantar Fascitis
Came down with a mild case of plantar fasciitis. I had a few other insoles that weren’t really helping. Took a chance on this product and I’m glad I did! They’re very comfortable and my feet get immediate relief when I’m wearing them. Only (really slight) complaint is that after I put them in my shoes, they slide a little bit before I put my foot in. So you just have to tilt the toe back so the insert doesn’t slide too much. Great product overall!

Don't last
These were great in the beginning. I even bought a second pair because they seemed so well made. After 3.5 months of daily wear I started to get pain in my feet. The first few days I ignored it. BIG mistake! By the end of the week my planters fascilitis was raging. It's taken over a week to get back under control. I guess for the price 3.5 months isn't bad, I'd even say it is average.
