Very filling, tasty and effective.
It's rare to find a protein shake that tastes as nice as these. I discovered these when I had a tooth out and could only eat solids. They're so filling and at a massive 50g of protein per bottle, half a bottle is plenty for a woman.It's more cost effective to buy powder in bulk for me at gym, but it doesn't taste half as good. So I always keep a pack of these on hand for a little treat or when I'm sick of the powder. Great for a quick breakfast too.

Not great tasting but good value
I bought these as I am staying at a friend's house for a week and I can't really cool so it ensures I still hit my protein targets. The chocolate flavour is drinkable, not amazing but it was the only one available with next day delivery. They are the best value I could find for the amount of protein you get though which is great for me as a student. I would buy again but maybe try the strawberry as it has better reviews.
