My normal bible is a big and heavy study bible and, not disparaging the Word of God, it was getting hard carrying a big and heavy bible around to church and home, so this smaller bible is exactly what I needed. Perfect for travel. Not as in depth as my study bible but still exactly what I needed. Personally would've preferred a deeper shade of red but that's just me and a matter of personal preference. Not a detraction on the Word itself.

It is a handy size and I take it on public transit to church.The print is not large but medium and my bifocals can read it.

A+ handy Bible you can carry around and read easy text you can see ok and a good version of the Bible.

The media could not be loaded. It's totally perfect! It's everything I wanted in a compact "Abba's Word" on the go, surpassing my expectations any by far 👍 I truly Love 😘 it 😍!

I just received this little bible today and this is my first NASB version. So far I do like the translations. They seem close to the KJV without the old english ye's and thou's which can make reading His Word more difficult. I wanted a bible to put in my purse or large pocket and be able to read to others not familiar with Scripture in hopes they could get the Holy Spirit meaning to Scripture also. I do believe this little version will have many years of reading. I have had for years a compact RSV which I used but the type is much smaller even though the bible itself is larger than this one! Go figure. And the paper quality on this little gem is not as see though as my RSV is. I have not highlighted yet but would think to use a highlighter for thin paper. And yes the pages are thin but I am used to that because most if not all compacts have to get compact some way and the pages are thin but absolutely no problem for me. I now get to carry Scripture where ever I go...

I was looking for a smaller bible that I could eaily take with me. This bible is a good size, and I can read it without my reading glasses. The cover is small and quite flexible. The downside is the pages stick together so badly that even with moistening my fingers, I have a hard time getting them apart. It's quite frustrating. I also purchased the nasb version on the recommendation of someone. I don't care for this convoluted version. I wouldn't purchase this bible again.

Smaller than expected

The NASB Bible really hits the nail in one key area - that is having the most literal translation (Aramaic/Hebrew/Greek -> English) available without getting an interlinear Bible.The book is great quality overall, the pages are thin but that’s acceptable given the length. The inclusion of red text is highly appreciated. The cover is very pretty and feels and looks well made/quality.I would highly recommend this for people looking for a NASB Bible that is compact and very portable.
