Mighty Bright Vusion Craft Light, Silver [Energy Class A]

I'd been looking around for a lamp that would be suitable for doing needlework for a while and as my eyesight is not what it used to be I decided a magnifier would be beneficial also. I looked around, there are so many lamps etc out there but as I'm on a budget I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money on something which may not suit my needs and would end up in my spare bedroom! I tried a couple of things which didn't work and then spotted this. The magnifier is quite small - it's only about 3in, I believe, but for working on a small section of embroidery at a time this is just ideal for me. The bending arms are very easy to position and stay in place well and the lamp/magnifier clips very securely onto my emobridery hoop and it's very sturdy but not so heavy that it makes holding the hoop more difficult. There are two LED bulbs on the lamp - you can choose to have both or one bulb on or turn it off completely obviously and they are extremely bright. It's made such a huge difference to me. I thought I was going to have to give up my needlework as I just couldn't see the fabric properly but this has made working on a small and detailed piece of work so much easier. I can't recommend this product enough especially for the money - definitely the best £12.32 I've spent in a while!

Great! This is going to really help when working on close up crafts, the light is bright but not blinding, and the magnifying glass is great too. The flexible arms that they are on allows you to maneuver it to wherever is best and it also has a desk clip. Very impressed!

Not quite what we were expecting from the description but does the job well. We thought it would be twice the size!

I bought this mainly for doing Cross Stitch embroidery, but have also found it great for reading in bed at night. It is not very heavy, and the light and magnifier can be turned in many directions.This is light enough to be attached to an embroidery hoop. Now I have my pattern attached to my floor light/magnifier, and the Mighty Bright attached to the hoop. Now I don't keep loosing my place, as I don't have to keep moving pattern and work to and fro under magnifier. Great little invention!

I bought this product to help with my cross stitch embroidery, I thought that the light combined with the magnifier and the fact that it could be clipped onto the ring would be perfect. Not so. it is a nifty piece of equipment, but most definitely not suitable for intricate small work such as counted cross stitch. It doesn't fit comfortably onto an embroidery ring,it is virtually impossible to use the magnifier and light together as they get in the way of each other and your hand needed to do this sort of work. The light is not bright enough to notice much difference. even if I had 20:20 vision this little gadget would be difficult to work with. A shame really as I was looking for something small, rather than a piece of furniture, but if I want to light my work adequately I will have to get a more substantial light.. it looks quite good though, just not very practical

Excellent little light. There are two settings; super bright and bright. Perfect for sewing and other crafts. The magnifying glass works great. You can adjust the arms to any position you need them. It's small, the base fits in the palm of my hand but that also makes it easier to take to different places and not worry about lugging around a huge work lamp or dealing with extension cord since it uses batteries.

I got this to use while cross stitching and it works perfectly! The clip fits nicely on the hoop that I use and the magnifier is just enough to see better. The little light works nicely too to light up the area that I'm working on. It's nice and light weight and does exactly what I need it to!

Great for crafts! Super bright LED light that has full brightness and click it again and its 1/2 brightness. Also it has a magnet in the base! The clip is nice for reading and really useful because it can detach from the base. Long battery life too!. The magnifying glass has enough magnifying power that I love using it for cross-stitch!
