So far so good
Had to replace my husband's laptop. Last one purchased ran out of memory and I was so disappointed. This one is very similar but has 1 TB storage so no worries there. Chose a refurbished as a friend in the computer business recommended to do so many years ago. Started up just fine and signed into my Microsoft account, all our links are in the favorites. Keeping our fingers crossed on this one.

Don't buy
My son bought this with his own money. We had to return 2 of them because one had broken buttons and one was making crazy noise. The 3rd one seemed to work. I helped him put all his pictures and videos from his phone on it and didn't get the time to transfer them on a external drive ( big mistake). He has only done school work and watch some YouTube videos. Nothing crazy. Last night, tried to open it and the computer doesn't work. Asked the geek squad and they can try to recover the stuff of it but most likely won't be able to. Called support center, been transferred around and just told to send it back for a refund and apparently there is no way to recover what's on it. All his pictures and videos gone.

Great probook!
This is a great Hp probook! Very fast with programs loading. Other then a few sticky keys, works like a charm. Delivery was on time, and it was packaged very well.All and all, a great experience, and great laptop.

El equipo llegó bien empacado y en muy buenas condiciones, como equipo usado, trae sus pequeños detalles, pero funciona bien (hasta ahora ) y llegó con cargador original HP.

La compré porque necesitaba algo a buen precio y buena calidad para el trabajo y realmente no ha decepcionado ya llevo tiempo con ella y todo perfecto.

Se indica disco de 1TB y viene con 512 GB, El puerto RJ45 Ethernet no le funciona

En efecto aunque parece broma, si contiene los 16GB de RAM y 1TB de SSD M.2, es una compra perfecta, yo la utilizo para trabajar estudiar y jugar y en cualquier caso da un rendimientoas que perfecto
