Funtastic chair
This is a fantastic chair and it is much better than I expected it to be for the price. It arrived very quickly perhaps a couple of days after I made the order. It comes in a self assembly pack which is very easy to put together on my own. I am just a woman, but was able to put it together in less than an hour, without any help. Just lay out all the screws and parts in groups and try to identify them with the diagram. The screw heads are different and easy to identify. The kit comes with tools of three Allen keys and a spanner. You will also need a hammer and a Philips screwdriver. Hammer in all the metal studs on top of the holes on the two chair legs of the foot stool and chair being careful not to damage the wood. Attach the two legs to the round base making sure it is the right way up. Fix the legs to the base by screwing in the number 4 washers and bolts. Then find the metal base of the chair and hammer in the plastic rail like things into the holes on the wooden base. Hammer in the 6 plastic feet on the foot rest. Fix the inner arm rests onto the holes on the legs on the side and on top. Fix the base cushion to the fixing points on the arm rests making sure the seat is the right way round. Fix the backrest on the fixing points on the arm rests and then join the seat and the backrest together using the spanner and the Allen key. Fix the pocket on the right side and the arm cushions to the arm rests. Fix the brackets to the footrest and fix the foot cushion to these. Plug in all the plugs which are colour coded. Done! The instructions do not say very much about the capabilities of this chair. It is quite a wide chair with a wide base cushion and it is high enough to work at a desk. The backrest slides back quite easily to recline. The massage points are on the head, near the shoulder blades, on the lower back, thighs and calves (on the footrest). All the massage points get warm. There is a large area on the lower back which gets very warm, but is comfortable. It works to make you relax by vibrating in several different sequences. There are 10 sequences in all, 10 intensity levels. There's an auto sequence or manual setting, switch off for the head massage and a timer. I had some pain in my shoulder which has gone unexpectedly after I used this chair.

Fantastic
I bought 2 of these chairs, was a bit unsure since there was no reviews but I saw them on another website for people with back problems and so thought for the price we could give them a try. My husband has severe back problems so needed something that would maybe help him a bit better. And a lot cheaper through amazon. (£170 cheaper!)These arrived 1 day after dispatch, very efficient (to the highlands!) When I opened the boxes there was a lot of pieces to be put together and I did panic a bit as I have never built anything before. But I have to say a bit of persistence and I actually done it. (also a small rubber mallet was required but not completely necessary) but other than that and a screwdriver all the other tools was supplied. It did take me about 3 and a half hours to put it together on my own. Which isn't that bad really. 2 rather fiddly bits with screws but once you figure it out, you get there. The chair its self feels fantastic. Lovely and padded. Very soft material. When I first sat in the chair I found it to be a bit higher than the sofa I was used to before but this is great because its easier for my husband to get in and out of.The footstool is very comfy, perfect height for putting my feet up. And the massage feature runs all the way down to the foot stool also. The massage feature is lovely. Not the best massage iv had in my life, but definitely nice. And it heats up at your lumbar area as well so it is nice. The recline is smooth and easy, Just lean back and the chair comes with you. sit back up and the chair does too. Also the size of these chairs is quite handy, I didn't want 2 big bulky leather recliner chairs, hence why I wanted this style. they take up very little space and look very stylish. It doesn't look cheap, it doesn't seem poor made either. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of the assembly. It is a bit tricky, but very worth it for the comfy seat and massage at the end of it!

Excellent comfy chair
Chair and stool excellent, looks good and very comfortable, excellent value for money. Massage poor not impressed. Flat pack took 3 hours to assemble (the pre-drilled holes were not quite big enough on the base so I did need a hammer). Would definitely recommend the chair for comfort and looks but not for the massage facility. Impressed with delivery.

Poor product and disappointed with my purchase
Some honest feedback on this purchase. I feel hugely let down by this purchase, I was expecting more for my money. After building the product I am very disappointed by the massage function which is more like a vibration and even on maximum intensity its poor. To complete my disappointment, the noise is much louder than I expected. I could trade off a little noise if I got some massage value but unfortunately not, its louder than I can tollerate with a limp vibration - far from a relaxing experience. That said, the chair is comfortasble and recliner function works well, but an expensive purchase as simply a chair.

Good, does the job
These are not the most overly comfortable chairs in the world be they do the job well enough and the added massage function has come in very useful at times. Fairly easy to put together, some parts of the assembly require two people but doesn't require and degree in engineering to construct. Considering the price (at the time) can't really ask for more.

Comfortable and stylish
Had this chair for a couple of months now and I am very pleased with it. The quality is excellent. It was fairly easy to put together although you do need two people. Looks really smart and well worth the money.

Don't even think about it.
Not the easiest to assemble, the instructions are quite easy to follow. The padding is not as thick and soft as I would have thought. The arm rests are low and not very well padded. The swivel base is next to useless when there is weight on the chair. The massage control unit buttons are not very distinctive. The effectiveness of the massage unit is poor. Well overpriced for what you get. I would return this item only for the thought of dismantling and repacking it.
