KnitPro KP10730 Magma Knitting Chart Keeper Fold Up Style, Black,50 x 2 x 30 cm

This has been purchased as a gift for Yule (a long way off I know but it'll get here soon enough!) so I'll update after that if necessary but... it looks great and the cover matches the case of the KnitPro knitting needles we have which is a nice bonus. I opened it up and was a little bit miffed that there were, what appeared to be, dirty marks on the inside. It looked as though it had been used before and I was getting ready to return it. However, the marks line up perfectly with the clasps and it must be where they've been pressed down against each other so annoying (as it's a gift) but not a big problem. I checked out all the magnets and they seemed nice and strong and held the knitting pattern easily. The long, thin magnet is great for marking which row is currently being knitted and the little pen is a nice addition. I'm glad I paid extra for the bigger size as it fits an A4 pattern perfectly. Very happy and I'm sure the recipient will be too.

I really don’t know how I managed without this pattern holder . It’s magnificent. It holds my patterns in place perfectly and there’s a lovely compartment at the back to store your notions etc. I’m going to use it for my embroidery charts too.It’s worth every single penny. I recommend it to anyone who works with knitting and embroidery charts.

This is only A5 size but that is better if using it next to you - I keep knocking A4 keeper on the floor with my elbow (not helpful)The supplied long magnetic strip is not very strong and wants to fall off if used uprightBut works fine keeping my place when used flat

Fantastic product. Great quality and easy to use with magnets. Can now keep track of where I am on chart without extra pen and paper to mark rows.

Very good idea if using wider than usual patterns. However when using normal pattern, do not move the item as the magnets are not strong enough to hold a traditional bi-fold pattern, They continually slip.

Just as good as my other one I have (different company).
